FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SUNRISE SPIN  5:15am Mon/Wed

A great way to energize your day! Pedal through hills, climbs, and sprints on the stationary bike for a great cardiovascular workout! All levels are welcome! (45 minutes)

SILVER SNEAKERS 10:00am Thur.

A full-body workout incorporation hand-held weights, elastic bands, and medicine balls to reach all parts of your body with a number of different techniques. The variety of exercises will increase your muscle strength and range of motion. We also provide chairs for seated or standing support. (60 minutes)

YOGA FLOW 9:30am Mon/Fri

In this class, you will explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. It is excellent for all ages and fitness levels. (60 minutes)

SHiNE DANCE FITNESS 10:45am Mon/Fri & 9:15am Wed)

SHiNE Dance Fitness brings original routines to life using hit music & choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip hop this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. SHiNE is a mood lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community. (60 minutes)

DanceFIT 8:30am Tues

Alternate between blasts of high intensity, dance-based cardio and strength intervals for a muscle-intensive workout. Finish up with 20 minutes of full-body strength training and stretch. (50 minutes)

MAT PILATES 8:15am Wed

A series of exercises performed on the floor that will strengthen your core, improve your posture & flexibility, and relieve tightness in your back & neck. All exercises can be modified for each fitness level.  Pilates uses controlled movements and allows participants to focus on & practice body awareness. (45 minutes)
